Ware Summer Concerts - Bullenbush Band

Bullenbush Band return to Ware for two hours of foot tapping tunes and songs. This is the first of this year’s Summer Festival events after the lockdown due to Covid-19, an outdoor event in the grounds of Ware Priory

"Sedbuskers recently performed their “Sue Sings Sandy Denny” set, a fine two-piece tribute act to the great, late, former Fairport Convention singer, that was well-received at Baldock Folk Club with songs ranging from the classics - the sublime “Who Knows Where The Time Goes?” - a frenetic version of “Matty Groves”- to the epic, the moving “Banks Of The Nile”. They also perform lesser-known SD songs such as the haunting “Late November”, apparently inspired by dreams and images following the tragic road accident that took the life of Fairport’s original drummer plus Richard Thompson’s girlfriend.
